At Bracelets for Books, we aspire to empower children. We are a not-for-profit project that exists to facilitate reading for young students. We sell stainless steel quote bracelets in our Etsy shop, all containing your favorite quotes from your favorite books. We use all the money we make to invest in the children in our community: every bracelet you buy will help us reach our goal: helping a child find a book they love.
OUR GOAL
In a new age of technology, we no longer find our children reaching for books. This is not because they dislike reading; some kids do not have any books to reach for. We are making it our mission to fix this. We want all children to have access to the power of words by purchasing books for kids who could otherwise not have access to them. All proceeds from our shop will go to buy those books. We want to make reading more accessible to our youth, so that tomorrow looks a little brighter than today.
OUR BRACELETS
Each bracelet is handmade with the utmost care. We inscribe each quote in durable stainless steel that does not rust. Our beads are of long-lasting glass instead of plastic, and our strings are of elastic metal. Some of our bracelets have magnetic clasps that stick strong and true, adding a finishing touch we love. Others have sliding clasps, which outfit the bracelet to fit all sizes.
